Carriage House Samplings - Shores Of Hawk Run Hollow

Don't think I showed you this yet now did I? It's one of the pretty designs of Carriage House Samplings called Shores Of Hawk Run Hollow

This is block 1 and as you can see on the right I started with the border for block 2. It is a total of 12 blocks and this is how it looks when it's done:

Been a while. I did make some things in the time I did not update my blog

Made this for my uncle gave it to him at Christmas

I also got some time to use my knifty knitter loom and made this scarf

I 

Started on this one for my mother 

 

And, as you can see, still not done with LHN's Robin Hood

- a hat on a round knifty knitter loom

Yes still alive,
did have to work most of the weekend and have managed to make 25 hours in overtime last week  (and 11,5 of those were yesterday)

Hope to do some crafting this week, I did go to HolyStitch on Saturday oh the pretty things they had there ! I didn't get much. I seem to have bought more at the hobbybeurs ;)


Now first, go home, have dinner and probably sleep until tomorrow morning?

Been busy cross stitching the last few weeks.
Doubt I will ever finish all those lovely Little House Needleworks ornament patterns (of 2010 & 2011) before christmas this year but I'm trying ;) And there is always next year....
I already finished 3 of the 2010 ones but still need to make something of those.
now for this post :

First Frosty Flakes, I finished that only last week after almost a year *blushes* only needed to finish the bottom borders and bit of the snowman & present

Next up He's A Flake I got that done in two evenings, fabric was better to work with than all that white on light blue, but I ran out of that white (not regular white, you have no idea how many "white" versions DMC has got ;)

 

So while waiting and looking trough my DMC floss what to order next to that one colour I started on The Merry Skater, I made a little whoops in this one, if you spot it let me know LOL ;)
Am thinking about removing the messed up bit...
and next to that some of the colours I need for this wondered off also (with some others) so I ordered the missing threads this weekend so hope they will be here soon

I remembered the Just Cross Stitch had the boyfriend of my merry skater called The Happy Skater that uses the same colours so I started on that

I also want to do the CHRISTMYTH ornament freebies of Dragon Dreams need to see where I put some of my fabric that seems to wondered off with the missing floss :(
